Responsibilities:
This is primarily a business development role with some full-cycle recruiter duties. We're looking for individuals who have had real industry experience selling staffing, outsourced services, and consulting. The Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter | Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities for Dayfoxx Resources. This position will be responsible for cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn + Indeed networking, referrals, and all other conceivable methods of lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of staffing agency verticals and deliverables that are marketable to other businesses.
You will be required to perform extensive client outreach, give presentations, negotiation pricing, and close the deal. Nothing is handed to you here. You will start at ground zero to develop your client and candidate pipelines from scratch. While we provide you the tools, you will have to achieve your goals through your own determination and perseverance.
Healthcare - Full Cycle Recruiting
Possess a deep understanding of Healthcare roles, technologies, and trends, enabling them to identify and engage exceptional candidates to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring that we continue to build a high-performing and diverse IT team.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and onboarding for both internal and external staff
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and make strategic hiring decisions.
Account Management:
Will be a point-of-contact for several accounts providing performance data, follow-up, candidate feedback, and relationship-building.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
May need to resolve time sheet discrepancies, performance issues, and terminations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
3+ years' experience in Healthcare recruitment.
2+ years' experience in a staffing agency environment is highly preferred.
1+ Proficiency in ZoomInfo, CRM, ATS, and LinkedIn products highly preferred.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
